Welcome to Mentalis!

It is with great satisfaction that we present Mentalis, a scientific journal dedicated to sharing knowledge and practices that contribute to the understanding and promotion of mental health. Our purpose is to create a space for exchange and learning, where the diversity of approaches and perspectives is valued.

At Mentalis, we recognize that mental health is a multifaceted field, encompassing everything from innovative therapies such as Generative Reprocessing Therapy (GRT) to established practices in allopathic and holistic medicine. Our goal is to integrate these different perspectives, always with scientific rigor, to offer readers content that can enrich the care and promotion of mental health in its many forms.

The journal is open to the participation of GRT therapists, who bring their findings and discoveries, as well as health professionals such as doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, physical educators, nutritionists, occupational therapists, dentists, psychologists, psychoanalysts, pharmacists, speech therapists, biomedical scientists, acupuncturists, reflexologists, and many others. Additionally, we believe the role of educators is fundamental to promoting a healthy and inclusive environment, so professionals in the field of education are also invited to contribute.

Our commitment is to foster open and constructive dialogue, promoting the sharing of studies, research, and experiences that expand understanding of the challenges and advancements in the field of mental health. We aim to be a bridge between theory and practice, between science and care, inspiring the construction of a world where mental health is a priority.

We thank everyone who is part of this project and invite everyone to explore, learn, and share the knowledge found in each edition.
